After graduating with a degree in advertising and a minor in business foundations from the University of Texas at Austin, I spent a year focused on visual storytelling for a financial institution.
Graphic Design
Working on a small team in a start-up “esque” environment allowed for me to become knowledgeable in ad hoc design requests, delivering campaign-scale graphics, and everything in between. With a heavy focus in content creation for the company LinkedIn page and website, absorbing the brand personality and procuring a strong familiarity with the brand’s audience was essential.
Web Design
After gaining expertise in CMS, specifically with WordPress, I worked together with a team of web designers to relaunch the brand website for my previous employer. I took ownership of implementing any design additions to the website and oversaw regular updates and maintenance.
Video Editing
Through fusing the capabilities of data visualization tool, Flourish, and the Adobe Creative Suite, I created video content and animations which highlighted market insights through social media platforms. My experience includes pre-production and production of videos with an emphasis in post-production.
